Always get great service! I am always looked after well by everybody! Always greeted with a friendly smile & a lovely cup of coffee by the lady on reception, while I wait! I have also used the car lift into town & that gentleman is also really nice!

Easy to get an appointment, lots of communication up to the appointment and it was done quicker than expected. The service advisors were also efficient and nice coffee!

Didn't really like dropping my keys off to a locker. It felt very impersonal. Was advised (via a voicemail message) that my 'while I wait' MOT would take about an hour, but I was there for almost two. I'd have gone got a longer walk had I known!

You would have had five stars boot actually getting booked in took two or three phone calls with no call back and an in person visit. From that point on it was super. Joseph was polite and helpful

Car was serviced in a timely manner. Was disappointed the coffee machine wasn't working as it was out of milk. I did inform the chap at the desk but nothing was done to fix it. Other mini garages have cans of pop, tea & coffee on tap.

if a customer is waiting, hand the inspection report by hand rather than sending it electronically without warning. Attend to the customer who is in front of you and don't get stroppy when the customer insists on being attended to.

Not great customer service After the service the car was parked up at 15.17 but actually got to pay the bill at 15.53 so waited 1/2 hour that I needn't have. Sadly the service department is getting worse at this dealership.

My service wasn't updated on my car and says still needs service. When phoned told to wait first 48 hours .. then till end of week. When called again told car needs to go back as over 48 hours so can't be done. This is 45 min drive each way.
