Everything was just so easy, the car was delivered earlier than expected and Nathan spent lots of time going over the car and mini app with me.

Good communication, especially when another fault happened straight after my initial visit. Sycamore found me a follow up appointment quickly and fixed the car. I felt they did everything possible to look after me.

I had my car in for a full service and MOT, which I was satisfied with. However, there was a mix up with the booking, the car was not booked in, although I had booked it by coming into reception to arrange it. Fortunately, it was ok on the day.

The lady at reception was great, Joseph booking my Mini in was quick, efficient and friendly, my lift home was great and the gentleman is a credit to your business. The pick up wasn't so great, rushed and nobody to see me, my Mini driver side TBC

I really wanted the car I saw online but when Nathan got back to me the car has already been put on hold for someone. Later that day he contacted me to say I could have the car and I was so grateful he got back in touch. Also great customer service
