Following you service one tyre was flagged in Red as it had a bulge in it , I didn't have the work completed at that point , I then took it to Kwikfit in Grantham who have a different outcome and was told all 4 tyre needed replacement as perished

Although I'd only had the car a couple of weeks, and the engineer found a problem with the tyre, the repair was dealt with quickly. All staff are attentive and polite. I loved the fact that I got a film of the damage and an explanation.

Pleased with the service but wasn't told on booking that my car might be there all day, would have taken a waiting appointment had I known. Seems a bit crazy that you are seen quicker with a waiting appointment than if you book a time...

I came to the garage with an alarm problem when they were obviously extremely busy, but was so grateful to the team for being able to sort the initial issue so speedily, so I remained roadworthy. They were pleasant and helpful as always.

Overall reasonable service but after being a customer for over 20 years, I don't think it's quite as personable as it once was. I have reported an unusual noise each service over the last two years, but it remains unidentified.

Disappointed to find that my car hadn't received all if the works booked in for: it received an aircon refresh not the air-conditioning regas that I booked it in for. Very frustrating as I now have to take the car back in.

I had a while you wait service and mot, the car was picked up straight away to be worked on, I was offered a coffee and biscuits which went down well plus kept upto date on my cars progess and also offered a car wash.
