Nathan was very helpful and informative about the mini products and able to steer me towards the right model for me. The only piece of extra information I would have liked was about the years free membership of the discount charging card.

The staff at Mini peterborough are all so lovely and they look after you to the best of their ability. Every time I have had any interaction with Duane he has always been thorough in his explanations and made sure I was happy before leaving

Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had to cancel and rebook a couple of times and weren't made to feel like we were a nuisance. Centre was clean with lovely refreshments. All staff were friendly and smiley. Very welcoming

Ruben was amazing from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and helpful. Guidance was needed as this is our first electric car. He gave exceptional customer service. He is a real asset to Sycamore's Mini. We will definitely recommend.
