The work was carried out exactly as requested and to the highest standards. The extra work on the second visit was also perfect. The car was cleaned to an exceptional standard after the second visit, with even some paint scuff marks eliminated.

My service wasn't updated on my car and says still needs service. When phoned told to wait first 48 hours .. then till end of week. When called again told car needs to go back as over 48 hours so can't be done. This is 45 min drive each way.

The interior valeting needed a little more attention. Mini wasn't dirty inside just dusty to dashboard, round cup holder, handbrake etc.
