Very happy - even though the work could not be completed on the day because parts had to be ordered, this was communicate to me throughout. Video was sent to me which showed where the issues on the vehicle were - everything clear.

The purchase was easy and informative. Ruben explained the different options and features to ensure I was happy with my mini. On handover, I had an amazing surprise reveal and it really made the whole experience of buying a luxury car!
