Friendly, helpful and approachable attitude from service advisor Natasha Anderson. Coffee was provided on arrival by the reception lady who was professional, cheerful and pleasant. Not 5* due to excessive cost of brake replacement.

This rating relates to my recent experience at the Stamford Sycamore and not the Peterborough Sycamore branch when I've used it (however their bodyshop section at Glinton has always given excellent service).
