Disappointed when booking service. Told it would be ready to collect mid afternoon and made arrangements, but on the day told 5pm. So had to wait 2 hours and they forget to valet the car. Hope it's not your usual standard as it's my first mini!

The service provided was great and all staff were very accommodating. The initial price estimate for the service was way too high and seemed to be a bit of guesswork. Fortunately the final bill was more realistic.
Dan Gover and the rest of the team are professional and customer focused. Dan organised a test drive followed by a 48hr extended test drive which helped me to decide which model and specification to order. Worth the wait to get the new LTI model.
Great service from start to finish
The car makes a gentle knocking noise in first gear when driven under 10mph and this issue has not been resolved. A tyre warning light come fault was identified at my appointment but has also not fixed as I have had the warning since visiting.
