Service centre staff polite, knowledge and friendly. Went through all the paperwork from service and MOT so I understood what work had been carried out. Loved the little video of of my car in the workshop too.
We felt that once we had made our decision then again the service and the customer care is exactly as we would expect.

Difficult to recommend a garage that charges £118 for an hours labour (and which hasn't fixed the problem). Customer service was ok, but too many mixed stories on what could / couldn't be done to fix the issue and what was done.

Unable to access service price on iPhone. Price appeared to jump too hi within 18 mths. Rear brake pads from 129 to 173. Quoted 3 different prices for front brake pads - 185 to 209. Paid 185 - as 'out of warranty'. Should be one price only.
I have raised a formal complaint in relation to the service I have received and even now this is not being taken seriously and MINI are refusing to investigate and respond. The advisors failed to log details of my defect and failed to return my calls

Poor servicing and warranty damage to my car has worsened as told to wait two years and will be addressed during servicing. Inputted incorrect service data into my car computer. Car incorrectly displaying no service needed.
I book my mini in for Saturday am with a courtesy car. I'm always advised that it is not possible to have a courtesy car on a Sat, when I ask them to check, it always a yes. It would be great if they just said yes straight away without the argument.
