When brought my car in on 1 May 2019 the service that I and my mini received was excellent. However, when I brought my car in for its MOT on 12 April 2019 I was not so happy. There was no opportunity to give feedback about that visit.

Whilst the service was carried out in a professional manner and the 'software fix' was successful in rectifying the issue, I am disappointed that I was made to pay when I consider the issue was a fault leaving my car insecure.

Efficient, kept informed of progress. Polite friendly staff. I did experience difficulty in contacting Sycamore service by phone but understand they have been extremely busy with recalls for BMW ? Once the process of booking started it was seamless.

Poor communication. You never replied to a promise of a return phone call after 48 hours and trying to ring your service department results in holding on for so long I gave up

I've brought my car in for its service & mot in recent months. And both times I was promised it would be clean. And it wasn't. When I dropped it off for my recent Mot 2 weeks ago. It still hadn't been cleaned after mentioning last time it wasn't.

Booked car in for service and mot. Was told computer said no to service,had to wait another 6 months or 2500 miles. You did a health check,and advised me brake pads worn,engine oil top up required,all jobs that could have been done .

Accused of 'taking up two parking spaces' by an employee in the car park and he then told me he needed to park my car because he had to squeeze as many cars in as possible! Overcharged so had to phone back to be refunded.......

There was no courtesy car available but I took up the offer of being driven 12 miles back to my house and collected again at the end of the day. Really useful.

I was very satisfied, but being told my car was ready for collection I still had to wait about 20 mins, there were no other customers in the centre and all the staff were free at their desks....

There was come confusion on where my car was being collected from but it was picked and returned in good time. My car is due an MOT at the same time, this wasn't mentioned or offered.
