WHAT IS A MINI ELECTRIC RESERVATION?

These MINIs are in high demand. Place your MINI Electric reservation and you’ll secure a production slot.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MINI?

We will be able to offer an estimated date, but when you receive your MINI Electric will depend on your final specification and when you placed your reservation.  


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED FOR A RESERVATION?

You can pay the deposit for your MINI Electric reservation using Visa or Mastercard on our secure online pre-order form.  


WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?

Yes – you’ll get a confirmation email that will include your unique reservation number. If it doesn’t come through, then be sure to check your junk or spam folder. For any further assistance, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.


DOES MY RESERVATION GUARANTEE ME A SPECIFIC PRODUCTION SLOT?

Your reservation does not guarantee a specific production slot, as this will be dependent on the final specification of your vehicle and when you placed your reservation.


CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Yes – you can cancel your reservation and get a full refund on your deposit any time up until you confirm your order. We will be in touch to confirm when this will be.


HOW WILL I BE KEPT INFORMED ABOUT MY RESERVATION?

We’ll send you updates about MINI Electric via email. We will be in touch to allow you to choose the specification of your car.


WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY MINI?

You’ll need to discuss this with us. You can also explore a range of options and packages with MINI Financial Services.


WHEN CAN I CHOOSE THE SPECIFICATION OF MY MINI ELECTRIC?

You’ll be able to choose the full specification of your MINI Electric. We will be in touch with you nearer the time to discuss your options.


IS MY RESERVATION TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON?

No. Your MINI Electric reservation is non-transferable.


WHEN CAN I TEST DRIVE THE MINI ELECTRIC?

Test drives are currently on hold, pending changes to national lockdown and government guidelines. You can drop us an enquiry and we’ll get in touch when test drives re-open.

 

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE?

No. MINI Electric reservations are limited to one per customer.


WILL MY RESERVATION BE AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTED INTO AN ORDER?

You will need to confirm the specification of your MINI Electric before your reservation becomes an order.


DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR THE PLUG-IN CAR GRANT?

We will apply for the Plug-in Car Grant on your behalf.
